Immigration Counseling Service (ICS) is a nonprofit legal services organization serving immigrants across Oregon and Southwest Washington. ICS provides direct legal services including adjustment of status, asylum applications, relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U Visas (for victims of serious crimes), T Visas (trafficking survivors), Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) for minors, family-based petitions, removal defense, and naturalization assistance. Appointments are required and services are low-cost or pro bono.
