Legal Assistance and Other Support Services

Diocese of Providence - Office of Immigrants and Refugees offers immigration legal services and refugee resettlement support.

The office helps individuals and families with applications such as family petitions, green cards, naturalization, work permits, TPS, and DACA, and provides accredited representation before USCIS.

It also offers citizenship classes and case management for refugee resettlement.

Services may include help completing forms, consultations, and referrals, with support available in multiple languages, including Spanish.

Fees may apply but are adjusted based on income.

This provider does not focus on removal defense.
