Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) provides free immigration legal representation and social support for low-income immigrants, adults, and children in all of Colorado.
The Children&rsquo;s Program offers free legal representation to immigrant children in removal proceedings and those eligible for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). It assists children and families who have experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment, trafficking, or violence, providing direct representation or legal referrals. Services are available by phone only visits without an appointment aren&rsquo;t accepted.
The program also delivers Know-Your-Rights presentations, legal intakes, guidance on judicial processes and forms of relief, including help with Change of Address and Change of Venue.
