The Immigration Law Education and Advocacy Project of Catholic Charities in Fall River offers free or low-cost immigration legal services and community education for immigrants and refugees in Southeastern Massachusetts.
ILEAP helps with family-based green cards, citizenship and naturalization, asylum, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), DACA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and other immigration applications.
The program also provides legal representation, helps prepare forms, and may accompany clients to court or government interviews.
ILEAP does not focus on removal defense.
