Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh provides low-cost legal help with immigration. Services include help with family petitions, work permits, DACA renewals, citizenship, VAWA, U-visas, and Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Staff are trained and approved by the U.S. Department of Justice.
They don&rsquo;t handle asylum or refugee cases but offer referrals to other organizations.
They also run community education workshops about immigration. Youth and families, especially from immigrant backgrounds, can get legal support to stay together and find stability in the U.S.
Services are open to people in Eastern North Carolina.
