Catholic Charities of Baltimore provides affordable legal assistance to immigrants and refugees through their Immigration Legal Services program at the Esperanza Center.

They provide free legal services and legal orientation to unaccompanied children in immigration proceedings, subject to funding and capacity.

Their team offers help with family-based petitions, naturalization, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), asylum, work permits, and other immigration matters.

Accredited representatives and attorneys guide clients through complex immigration processes, ensuring rights are protected and documentation is properly handled.

Services are available to low-income individuals regardless of faith or background.

Consultations are available by appointment, with services offered in multiple languages.

Counties served: Anne Arundel, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George.
