Brooklyn Legal Services, branch of Legal Services NYC, offers free civil legal services to low-income and underserved residents of Brooklyn, New York. Their immigration legal assistance includes:

  • Adjustment of Status
  • Asylum applications
  • Consular Processing
  • Employment Authorization
  • Family-based Petitions
  • Naturalization/Citizenship
  • Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
  • T and U Visas
  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Petitions

They provide assistance with form completion, filings with USCIS, and representation at asylum interviews and before the Immigration Court.

Additionally, they offer services in other areas such as consumer rights, housing, public benefits, and more.
