The Orlando Center for Justice (OCJ) provides direct legal services to immigrant families throughout Florida, excluding Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Services include asylum, family petitions, DACA, deportation defense, SIJS, U and T visas, VAWA, citizenship, and simplified divorce, as well as wills, small business and nonprofit incorporation, and tax-exempt filing.
The Children&rsquo;s Legal Services Program offers Know Your Rights presentations and representation for detained or recently released children in immigration court.
OCJ prioritizes free legal aid for survivors of domestic violence, unemployed individuals, children under 18, and others in hardship.
A small consultation fee may apply.
