Catholic Legal Services, Archdiocese of Miami (CCLS) provides free and low-cost immigration legal services for children, families, and vulnerable migrants.
Programs include assistance with asylum, TPS, DACA, T and U visas, SIJS, and VAWA petitions.
The agency represents unaccompanied minors and families in immigration court, offers Know Your Rights sessions, and provides help with citizenship, residency, family petitions, and work authorization.
Services include specialized support through the Complex Litigation Department, Refugee Assistance Program, Labre Project for homeless clients, and community CIRCLE clinics.
Virtual and in-person legal screenings, orientations, and educational events are available.
Eligibility includes immigrants, refugees, asylees, Cuban and Haitian Entrants, unaccompanied minors, and Miami-Dade residents.
