Northeast New Jersey Legal Services provides free civil legal help, including assistance with adjustment of status, citizenship applications, replacing naturalization documents, family petitions, LPR card renewal or replacement, removal of conditions, removal proceedings, VAWA Self-Petitions, U &amp; T Visas, and USCIS fee-waiver applications.
They also provide pro se clinics for the N-400 application and green card renewal.
In addition to direct legal services, NNJLS offers community events, Know Your Rights sessions, and legal clinics that provide general legal information only. These events do not offer individual legal representation.
